"Oh my gawd!!" yelled Private James.
        "Get the Hell out of here!" ordered Lt. Watson with tears of pain in his eyes.
        "Yes, sir," said Sgt. Madison, "let's get out of here, men!" yelled Madison while the wires sparked around them. "OORAH!" yelled the seven remaining men in reply. THe men of fireteam Alpha ran to the airlock. Sparks were flying from the wires left and right. The men didn't know what caused this mess, but all they knew was fireteam Bravo through Echo had been lost in the mission. Only Alpha and Foxtrot were left.
        "Holt, lets try to contact fireteam foxtrot just to see if they're still with us," said Sargeant First Class Oreo to Corpral Danam
        "Yes, sir," acknowledged Corpral Danam with worry on his face about his brother,"come in Sargeant Stacker, come in."
        "This is Sargeant Stacker, glad to hear your voice Alpha," said Stacker in relief," we've substaned many casualties and low on ammo."
        "Yeah? Well tell me about it, we only got seven of us left, and our lieutenant is dead in a cave in."
        "Well, that's ju- what the- SHOOT THAT TH- AGHHHH! *static*"
        Stacker... Sarge... SARGEANT! Oh my gawd he's gone," Corpral Danam said lowering his head. after that, they moved fowardto the airlock after only ten minutes of traveling towards the airlock hearingfaint noises one soldier ran off. Everyone tried to stop him, but he broke from their grasp, and soon after they heard his screams echo.Later on, they found Sargeant Stackerdead, and then saw Sargeant Leon, the Alpha squad leader of Fireteam Bravo, whom had said to have been attacked and swarmed in a report from his fellow squadmates. He was... smiling. Not an mundane smile but, instead, an evil smile as if he was a crazed murderer. He was also soaked in blood and evilly laughing.
        "What the hell happened to... you?" Private James said as is voice slowly faded.
         " Ha Ha!" laughed Sargeant Leon with a smirk left on his face," power happened to me... strength happened as well."
         Leon then began to turn into a monster of some-sort with razor sharp teeth, red snake like eyes, claws as if they could go through you with the lightest of touches, and a humanoid body. The men backed up holding their weapons in firing positions.
         "S-s-stay the h-hell away from me!" yelled James in fear, "You're not Leon you're a freak now, man."
         "Heheheha!" Leon cackled, "Did you just call me a 'freak'? I'm not a freak," replied Leon as three other monsters came behind the survivors, "we 'monsters' have a name for ourselves we... are... MATALICS! That is what we 'freaks' call ourselves.
         You don't scare me you ass," said James. James then backed up into a Matalic, that's it this is for THE LIEUTENANT!" he yelled as he pulled the trigger. The aliens, the Matalics, didn't even die after three clips were put into them.
         "Is that all you got,son," said one Matalic.
         "Wait is that the Lieutenants voice?" asked James
         "What the-," Private First Class Simmons gasped with fear. All the men except Specialist Hawk shot at the Matalics. Hawk ran with fear. Then, Sargeant Leon, or what use to be Leon, cut him off.
         "Let me tell you how we Matalics came to be," he said with a relaxed yet disappointed face, "it is in my intrest to tell my old pal the story, hmm... AH!" Leon continued,"Yes it all started with a test on a young gent named Tray Wither, A young man who was injected with the 'M-Serum' as the scientist called it. They knew it caused mutation in animals, but they still did the test to see the effect on humans"
          "So they infected him?" asked Hawk curious of the story.
          "Why yes, I didn't know you cared," replied Leon. Hawk paused for a while after knowing how it started and soaked in the new knowledge. he then ran as fast as he could throwing all his gear off. He made it, but heard screams and cries of help along the way. He sat down in the control seat of the escape pod. Suddenly, the screen came on. It was Leon in his human form.
          "We can be your friends," he said transforming into a Matalic, " or we can be your enemy if you run. We could also infect you and you'd live."
          "I don't think so you bastard!" Hawk yelled furiously, " you and your alien  kind-" Hawk was cut off by Leon.
          "I! am not the leader or the one who killed your squad!"
          "Whatever," Hawk said as he slammed on the button to launch the pod.
